Pasteurized.   Volume: 3 litres, serving size = 12, recommended maximum daily consumption 250ml. For confirmation of the suggested daily intake, consulting a doctor or pharmacist is advised.   taste scale sour sweet   Juice production process: The lemon juice we offer is pressed at the cultivation site of the fruits. Harvested directly from the trees into crates, the fruits are subsequently washed, placed on the juicer, and sliced. The pressing process is designed to extract juice from the fruit’s pulp, ensuring the peel remains intact. Right after pressing, the lemon juice is cooled and then transported to our facility, where it is filled into glass containers and bag-in-box packaging.   Before being decanted into bags and bottles, the juice undergoes pasteurisation at 80°C, which helps maintain its freshness for a long time. We are a producer with our own juice pressing facility. We’re equipped with a press for extraction and fillers for packaging juices into both bag-in-box and bottle formats. Our juices are freshly produced based on customer orders, ensuring we always deliver fresh products.     Lemon juice can be used as: – an addition to tea – an ingredient in liqueurs – a daily serving of fruit – a natural and tasty gift for loved ones – an enhancement to your diet – an addition to dishes   The juice is available in a bag-in-box package with a tap, which allows for consumption up to 21 days after opening. The packaging is BPA-free.   Packaging: Each item is securely packaged in individual, eco-friendly cardboard boxes, designed for easy dispensing and enhanced protection during transport, eliminating the need for additional cartons.   Storage: The juice should be stored in a dry and shaded place at temperatures between 2 to 20°C. Once opened, consume within 21 days – the tap must be flushed with juice to prevent air from entering. If air does get into the bag, the juice should be consumed within 24 hours.   Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of production.
