The fruits are harvested directly from the bushes into crates, then cleaned of leaves and twigs. After pressing, the Black Elderberry juice undergoes thermal processing. The juice’s aroma is characterized by subtle fruity notes with a slight tangy and distinctive flavor, giving it a unique character. The richness and freshness of the elderberry are perfectly complemented when combined with tea or mixed with other juices, like raspberry. For confirmation of the suggested daily dose, consultation with a doctor or pharmacist is recommended!   Taste Scale sour sweet   Juice production process: Before juice production begins, we meticulously clean the elderberries by removing any twigs and leaves, then washing the fruits under running water. Subsequently, they are crushed and sent to the press for juice extraction. Before being poured into bottles and pouches, the juice undergoes thermal processing through pasteurization, ensuring it is safe and retains its freshness for an extended period.   As a dedicated juice producer, we operate our own pressing facility, equipped with a press for extraction and fillers for packaging juices into both bag-in-box and bottles. Our juices are freshly produced according to customer orders, ensuring that we always deliver fresh products.     Elderberry juice can be used as: – a healthy addition to your daily diet – as a base for homemade liqueurs – as a daily serving of fruits – as a natural and delicious gift for loved ones –  a base for making syrups – a  base to Mix with other juices, such as raspberry     Packaging: The juice comes in a convenient and easy-to-handle glass container, ensuring the flavour’s freshness is preserved. Packaged in collective boxes or multipacks, our juice comes in eco-friendly cardboard packaging or shrink wraps. This not only facilitates easier storage but also provides enhanced protection for the bottles during transit.   Storage: Should be stored in a cool, shaded place at temperatures between 2 and 20°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 48 hours.   Shelf life: 12 months from the date of production.
