Case 1: Emergency start, say customer lost one working key, then he uses PH0440B to collect data and generate a new working key(as a replacement of the lost one) to start car. Note: 1. Here if customer want to use 0440B to work as the blank key, since its P4: 9100AAAA, it can only support same car model. If car model is 9100A9A9 chip type (0410), you will need to get same type of blank key accordingly. 2. Here PH0440B work as a emulator, it has no smart function,and can not work as a working key. 3. In this Add-key situation, say you have 2 original keys, now you use PH0440B to add a 3rd one. There will be a remote conflict between this newly generated PH0440B and one of the original keys. Cause its by generation to replace one of the original key. Case2: When all key lost, use PH0440B to generate a working key to start car. Note: In case 1 & case 2, PH0440B support both 0410(9100A9A9) old models and new 0440 (P4:9100AAAA) which used to requre dealer code. You need to activate your Toyota AKL Online Calculation to be able to use this PCB Note 1: For some newer models, a PIN may be required to add an 8A smart key or use a Toyota smart key 8A H0440C software license or ADP 8A/4A Adapter to collect data to generate an 8A key directly (without a PIN) Models that may need a PIN or permits are Toyota rav4 (2020 ), Avalon (2020 ), Highlander (2020 ), and Lexus key ES UX GS NX RX LS (2020 ). Note 2: It can only be programmed using Lonsdor K518/ KH100 with Toyota AKL Online Calculation There is no Incode Outcode from NASTF when programming with Lonsdor. The frequency on these switches can be set by the Lonsdor machine when programming the car.
