RM Cock-Up Hand Splint with Finger Extension Roll

I have found a new use for the RM Cock Up with finger extension roll.So many patients have beginning ulnar drift of their fingers from the MCP joints. Therapists want to leave their fingers and thumb free but need something that will correct the condition and prevent deformity. I discovered that if I use the soft finger separators with rigid inserts in them on the RM Cock Up hand splint with the finger extension roll, it provides just the right amount of comfortable realignment to do the trick. I look forward to introducing this to all of my occupational therapists.Restorative Medical’s splints allow me to adapt them to meet my patients’ different needs.
