Description iS Clinical Active Peel System The iS Clinical Active Peel System is a fast acting two-step peel pad treatment that is powerful yet gentle. The botanically based formula is designed to resurface and polish the skin while providing hydration, rejuvenation and antioxidant protection. Recommended for use every other day, this complete skin treatment provides a cool, tingling sensation upon application resulting in a smooth and more youthful looking complexion. Step 1 – Controlled Exfoliation: Saccharum Officinarum (Sugar Cane) Extract (8%) – Desquamation agent that encourages exfoliation of stratum corneum. Mixed Fruit Acid Extracts (6%) – Natural fruit and sugar acids work to enhance desquamation and increase cellular turnover, smooth skin, and decrease fine lines and wrinkles while enabling deep penetration of ingredients. Hamamelis Virginiana (Witch Hazel) Water (5%) – Powerful anti-inflammatory agent that contains gallic acid and tannins helping protect against skin damage, fight acne, and soothe skin. Salix Alba (Willow) Bark Extract (Source of Salicylic Acid) (3%) – Encourages desquamation by “dissolving” intercellular “cement” with no inflammatory effects. Also deep cleans pores and removes debris within hair follicles.   Step 2 – Neutralize & Hydrate Copper Tripeptide-1 (5%) – Peptide that boosts skin’s renewal and restores the biomechanical properties of the skin while increasing the firmness and healing process of the skin by working with extracellular matrix (ECM) proteins such as collagen, fibronectin, elastin, and laminin. Extremozymes (7%) – A proprietary combination of botanically sourced extremophilic enzymes, clinically proven to protect and repair fragile proteins and DNA components. Pentylene Glycol – Sugar Cane Derived Humectant (3%) – Sugar cane pulp derived glycol that adds hydration and possesses antibacterial properties. Suitable for all skin types Directions: Use 3 -4 times a week (or every other day). Apply to clean, dry skin. Wipe the step one pad gentle over face and neck. Avoid the eye area. You will feel a tingling sensation. Leave for 2-5 minutes before following with step 2. Allow to absorb, and follow with a moisturiser.
